HELP!!!!! on Drive shaft

Can anyone tell me how i can know if the drive shafts they sell here fit my 2004 chevy duramax 2500Hd.My truck has the allison transmision bracket so how can i know which of the two drive shafts fits.

Do you need a front or rear drive shaft. Is your truck 4x? And is it a long bed crew cab?
