So I have done some hand calculation of my MPG in just my daily driving to and from work and the in-between earring running. Multiple times it has come out to 15 MPG every two weeks I fill up since I have a bigger fuel tank with the long bed. Of course I have the edge evolution in economy tune. My DIC displayed the same results!!! Amazingly. After I added my downpipe and 5" straight exhaust the DIC is saying 20 MPG!!!! I'll hand calculate that my next fill up and let you know.

I drive 70 miles one way all freeway and 140 miles round trip to the DMAX STORE Daily

I get hand calculated on an average 19.2 mpg.

If I have a mixture of town and highway it runs 17.3mpg average.

When I was running Edge attitude with hot code I was getting my best on #5 and the same when I was a single 64mm and 22% injectors 19-22 and when I put twins on and 120% over 15-20 and about #3 tune with EFI live. What helps is do what you can to get the boost up.

Before I had a 2005 Cummins with the NV5600 6 speed manual tranny and its pretty funny with the same tuner that I accomplished just about a mirror reflection of the same exact town/hwy MPG!!! Pretty funny, but I hate Dodge with no sympathy except Cummins.

Gotta love it! You are definitely right about keeping the boost up DirtyMax63, just how diesels work. Everybody loves power and fuel economy, especially in a DURAMAX!! 99 MPG here I come ( sitting in the driveway not running, but looking mean as HEII )

I have a size 15 boot so my foot is heavy. Lol. Usually 15 to 17mpg in town. And when I am highway cruising in the limo it's 19ish. 20 with a tail wind.

Might have to do some technicalities like disconnect the front driveshaft, put tiny Prius tires on and you will be set! Lol

I have heard wearing flip flops will create a "light foot" effect causing MPGs to soar!
