I acquired my first new ('06 2500HD) diesel truck last Nov.

I took the truck in and was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and the warm reception I received from the staff. After consulting with Chad, we took a look at the vehicle to confirm my suspicions about what I saw. Chad was complete in his inspection and appraisal of the solution, and the cost. In addition, they did a complete complementary inspection of the truck to look for anything that I might need to consider fixing now, and also evaluated red flags that I needed to watch going forward and may want to address in the future. No pressure, just honest evaluation and recommendations.
They fixed my problem, cleaned up the fluid leak residue in the surrounding area, and had the truck ready to roll that afternoon.
