Hello Everyone,
I was in the Army for 11 years. Wanted an easier career, so I joined the oil field. lol. Wife, one son, daughter on the way, closing on house in Oct, full time online student (kids can't say shit about not getting their degrees). Spend any free time on the beach in a camper, Rebuilding a chop top 72 bug on bags.
Truck stuff:
I have an 08 LMM Z71, came with a 6" lift, 5 position switch, 5" exhaust with dpf delete no muffler, 37" nitto tires on 20's, ranch hand front and rear bumpers, fender flares, bed lined.
I have installed an airdog 125, complete stereo system, dyno matted the interior, glow shift gauges, billstiene 5100 shocks, katskin leather, 48" LED bar in the bumper, LED headlights, painted dash bezels white, installed weather tech floor mats, weather guard tool box, LED back up lights in the bumper with gm back up cam, tail gate drop shock thingy, replaced the door lock actuators with a $5 kit that has worked for over a year, both front hub assemblies, one of the cv axles (Twice, snapped one in half).
Next up (in order)

Torque converter
Upgrading steering components
Maybe, one piece driveshaft
Converting center console to ice chest (could happen any day)
Dreaming of (in order):
fitting 40"s on 6" lift. Can't find 40's on 20's with a load rating of E
bed lining the exterior white
rebuilding trans,
Traction bars
everything needed to keep EGT's low,
Twin turbos...
Then I wake up with wet undies. lol
Also, I will never sell this truck (can't do it)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only for me and, if it makes it, my son/grand sons.
I let my first baby go and will never let it happen again
